Terms and Conditions
Late Arrivals
To respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be imposed with a $25.00 fee and clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show.”
Flexible Policy
Here at Chez TAZ, we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give us a call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, so we can modify or cancel your appointment.
Cancellation
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Any cancellation received less than 4 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the full-service price.
No-Shows
No-shows will be charged 100% of the full-service price. Three or more missed appointments equal being, you are not allowed to schedule an appointment online, or over the phone. However, you can come in as a walk-in.
Health History
For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
Inclement Weather
Chez TAZ values your time and feels that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold to our clients. Should Chez TAZ need to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours’ notice we will honor 50% off your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
Payments Option
We (Chez TAZ) accept Cash, all Major Credit Cards, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card.
Right to Refuse Service
Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

We’re always open yours. Please let us know how we may serve you better.
For Your Protection
Chez TAZ is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property, including clothing and accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. On spa days, please leave your jewelry at home. We also ask that you change into the smock provided for protection of your clothing.
Cell Phones
To maintain the tranquility of your surroundings, cell phones must be on silent or turned off during your spa visit.
Children
In consideration for other clients, children are not permitted in the spa area. When in the salon area, please always keep children with you for their safety.

If you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us (336) 965-8246 or email: cheztaz432@gmail.com and schedule a redo of your service within 7 (seven) days of your service visit.
